Joe Reardon

You were such a great father, teacher, mentor, provider and a incredible leader for not only your family but so many others in this world. You taught us faith, patience, hard work, character and diligence will be everlasting in our lives. Your passion for doing the right thing and treating everyone fair, being humble, confidence, speaking and more importantly listening at the right time was so valuable to others. Where you came from and where you finished should be published in a book as your amazing journey is extremely inspirational and what a legacy you have left us. If I can only have half of these values driven to my sons I will be so thankful. Your impact at central prison and leadership opening a new prison, hospital was an incredible feat I am so proud of as our family was as well. President and leader of the State Employees Association Of North Carolina and what you accomplished during your tenure amazed so many people throughout the years. I have never been so proud when you were asked to run for state senate and being on the campaign trail that was something I will never forget. While you did not win at the end over a long time incumbent you one your party out of many other candidates was truly amazing. This disease continues to boggle us All and taken two beautiful parents from us. While I know you are at peace now and in a beautiful place with our Lord the grieving is no less or impactful. Thank you for your love, lessons, coaching moments and touching so many lives in this world. I LOVE YOU DAD!!!!
