Frances Moore Call, 70, of Raleigh passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. She was born February 28, 1947 in Durham County. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Robert and Hilda Aycock Moore, and two brothers, Edward Cecil Lee and Roy Lance Williams.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, June 25th at 1:00 P.M. at Ray Price Harley-Davidson, 1126 S. Saunders St., Raleigh, NC. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 – 9:00 P.M. at Montlawn Funeral Home in Raleigh.
Mrs. Call retired from Raytheon/JPS Communications. She had a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She was one of the founding members and first director of the Ladies of Harley, an active member of the Raleigh Harley Owner’s Group (HOG) since 1988 and treasurer on the board of the Home Owner’s Association. She was also an active member in the community of several non-profit organizations including disabled children and orphanages and pet rescue.
She is survived by her love, Kenneth Dayberry, a son, Robert Earl Wilson and wife Janene and their family, a daughter, Lisa Powell and significant other, Chris Freeman and their family, grandchildren, Joshua Powell, Greg Hicks and family, Megan Aguilar and family, and Anthony Damato and family, one great grandchild, two great grandchildren on the way, and sisters of the Ladies of Harley.
